TaxiPik and TaxiPik Driver Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 - Last updated October 11, 2026.

WildBunny Gaming LLC, operating as TaxiPik ("TaxiPik," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the TaxiPik Rider app, TaxiPik Driver app, and related account, website, messaging, mapping and ride-coordination services (the "Service"). This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using those services, including accounts, profiles, photos, messages, ratings, reports and support communications.

This Policy supplements the applicable Terms of Service. It does not override the Privacy Policy, expand our permission to use your information or content, or waive rights protected by law. TaxiPik provides software connecting independent Drivers and passengers; it does not automatically match participants, provide transportation, handle transportation payments, or guarantee a ride or another person's conduct.

Support and conduct reports: support@taxipik.com. Privacy/legal inquiries: legal@taxipik.com.

1. Lawful and Accurate Account Use

Use the Service only for its intended lawful purposes and only if you meet the account eligibility requirements in the Terms, including being at least 18 years old and the applicable age of majority.

  • Provide accurate account, profile, vehicle and pricing information, and keep material details current.
  • Do not impersonate another person, falsely claim authority, misrepresent your identity or eligibility, or use someone else's account or credentials without authorization.
  • Do not claim that TaxiPik has employed, licensed, insured, background-checked or certified you or your vehicle when it has not.
  • Do not create or use accounts to evade a legitimate restriction, target someone who has blocked you, manipulate ratings, or disguise fraud or other prohibited conduct.
  • Protect your account credentials. Do not solicit passwords, sign-in codes, recovery codes, private access tokens, payment-card details or banking credentials through messages.

An account, profile, rating or map marker is not proof of independent identity verification or Driver vetting by TaxiPik.

2. Respectful Conduct and Freedom from Abuse

Do not use the Service or a connection made through it to threaten, intimidate, stalk, exploit or harass another person. Prohibited conduct includes credible threats of violence, coercion, extortion, sexual harassment, targeted hateful abuse, unwanted repeated contact after a clear request to stop, and retaliation against someone for making a good-faith report.

Do not engage in unlawful discrimination. Do not direct hateful abuse or threats at people because of characteristics such as race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or another legally protected characteristic. Drivers and passengers remain responsible for applicable nondiscrimination and accessibility obligations.

Do not pressure someone into a journey, route, price, payment method, disclosure of private information, or other arrangement they have not agreed to. Participant choice does not authorize coercion, unsafe conduct, or unlawful discrimination.

Ordinary disagreement, an honest negative review, a good-faith complaint, or lawful criticism of TaxiPik is not prohibited merely because someone dislikes it. These protections do not permit threats, harassment, knowing falsehoods, or unlawful disclosure of private information.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

Provide only content you are entitled to share. Do not post, upload, send, solicit or use the Service to arrange:

  • Fraud, scams, identity theft, phishing, theft, extortion, human trafficking, or other unlawful goods or services.
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or any other abuse of children. These are strictly prohibited, including attempts to solicit them.
  • Pornography, sexually explicit material intended for sexual gratification, nonconsensual intimate images, or solicitation of sexual services.
  • Gratuitous graphic violence, encouragement of serious violence or self-harm, or instructions intended to facilitate such harm.
  • Content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other rights, including photos you do not have the right to use.
  • Knowingly false reports, fabricated evidence, false accounts of payment or ride completion, fake reviews, or coordinated rating manipulation.
  • Malicious links, malicious files, or deceptive messages designed to compromise a device, account or person.

Keep profile photos, vehicle images and other public-facing content relevant to the feature and appropriate for the Service. Do not disguise prohibited content inside an image, link, profile, rating or message.

If reporting harmful content, identify the relevant account, conversation or message and provide only information needed to explain the problem. Do not redistribute illegal material or email copies of child sexual abuse material to support. Contact the appropriate authorities directly for immediate danger or criminal matters requiring their response.

4. Privacy and Location Misuse

Information shown for discovery, ride coordination or a conversation must not be used to stalk someone, expose their private life, compile unrelated profiles, or contact them outside the purpose for which it was provided.

  • Do not publish another person's private address, precise location, contact details, private messages or other sensitive information without lawful authority.
  • Do not harvest or bulk collect users' profiles, vehicle details, locations, journeys or messages for advertising, resale, unrelated research or other unauthorized purposes.
  • Do not use pickup, destination or route information to follow or target someone outside the agreed journey or other authorized interaction.
  • Do not deliberately falsify location, trip stages or other records to deceive participants, defraud them, defeat legitimate access controls, or conceal prohibited conduct.

This Policy does not prohibit preserving necessary evidence of your own experience, seeking legal advice, making a good-faith report, exercising privacy rights, or making a lawful disclosure to authorities. Limit disclosure to what is relevant and protect other people's information where appropriate.

TaxiPik's own information handling remains governed by the Privacy Policy. Conduct enforcement is not permission for us to sell information, reuse it for unrelated advertising, monitor everyone continuously, or retain it without a disclosed lawful purpose.

5. Messages, Advertising and Unwanted Contact

Use messages for legitimate conversations, ride coordination, lost-and-found matters and other intended interactions. A Driver's truthful profile, offered rates and relevant communication with a prospective passenger are permitted uses, not automatically spam.

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repeated unwanted solicitations, scams, unrelated advertising, or deceptive promotions. Do not use the Service as a contact list for unrelated marketing. Respect another person's communication choices and do not use alternate accounts or another participant to evade a block or restriction.

Hiding a conversation from your own list is not the same as blocking a person, recalling a message, or requesting account deletion. Those operations have different effects, and a new message can bring a hidden conversation back. Recipients may already have saved copies; no rule in this Policy promises that all copies can be recalled.

6. Driver and Passenger Conduct

Drivers must meet the licensing, permits, insurance, vehicle and other legal requirements for their own activities, describe their vehicle and offered terms accurately, obey traffic laws, and operate safely. Do not operate a vehicle while impaired or interact with the app in a way that unlawfully or dangerously distracts you. Navigation does not authorize restricted access, dangerous maneuvers, or disregard of signs and road conditions.

Passengers must communicate requested pickup/destination and relevant arrangements honestly, treat the Driver and vehicle respectfully, and not demand unsafe or unlawful operation. Both participants must respect the arrangements they actually make, subject to applicable law; a passenger cannot compel transportation or impose a unilateral price or route.

Do not make deliberately false requests to harass or disrupt a Driver, misrepresent a ride as completed, falsely record money as paid, or use threats or deception in a fare dispute. Fare calculations and amounts recorded in the app are informational. TaxiPik does not collect, transmit, escrow, guarantee or refund fares or tips, or arbitrate the participants' financial arrangements.

Nothing here requires a person to provide or continue unsafe or unlawful transportation. Participants remain responsible for their own safe decisions, lawful agreements and obligations. These conduct rules do not make Drivers TaxiPik employees or agents, establish company supervision of transportation, require exclusivity, or prohibit using other software.

7. Platform and Security Abuse

Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, networks or data; exploit someone else's credentials; bypass legitimate permissions; introduce malware; interfere with availability; or flood the Service with abusive requests.

Do not use automation to impersonate users, scrape personal information, manipulate requests or ratings, or defeat legitimate limits. Do not falsify registration or ownership information to redirect another account's notifications. Do not present altered software as an official TaxiPik release or misuse company branding to deceive people.

Lawful, actually authorized testing and security research are not prohibited simply because they involve technical inspection. Follow the actual scope of authorization and protect user information; access to a feature does not itself authorize access to other accounts or data. This Policy does not restrict rights that applicable law or an applicable open-source license protects.

Report suspected compromise or a security weakness to support@taxipik.com or legal@taxipik.com. Do not publicly expose credentials or exploit unrelated users to demonstrate the problem.

8. Reporting, Blocking and Immediate Danger

Use the in-app message-report control to report a message, and the available Rider/Driver blocking controls to manage that relationship. For broader account, profile, vehicle, journey or conduct concerns, contact support@taxipik.com with the relevant details. Blocking alone does not automatically submit a conduct report.

Make reports honestly and distinguish what you observed from what you suspect. You do not need to prove a violation before making a good-faith report. Do not file knowingly false or retaliatory complaints, intimidate reporters, or publish their private information.

Reports are handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not assume a report is anonymous, that the reported person cannot infer who made it, or that every piece of submitted information can be disclosed back to you.

Blocking affects supported discovery and messaging interactions. It does not guarantee prevention of all contact, cancel an ongoing journey, erase historical records, or stop a person reaching you through another service. Use appropriate precautions rather than relying on blocking as a personal-safety guarantee.

TaxiPik is not an emergency-response, rescue, dispatch or continuous personal-safety monitoring service. For immediate danger or an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services directly when safe. A message, support email or report is not an emergency-alert channel and is not guaranteed to be seen immediately.

9. Review and Enforcement

We review reported misuse and take appropriate action according to the seriousness, context and available evidence. Actions may include warnings, removing or restricting access to content, limiting use of a feature, or restricting, suspending or terminating Service access where reasonably necessary for a material violation, serious risk or binding legal requirement.

Corrective adjustments to genuine Rider and Driver ratings follow Section 8 of the Terms: a defined, documented reason, such as a verified request from the rating's author or a confirmed recording or processing error, and a result reflecting the author's intended feedback. This does not permit fictitious ratings, false attribution, account boosting, or suppression of honest criticism.

Serious threats, exploitation, fraud or security risks may require immediate action. Where reasonably possible and appropriate, we explain an action and provide a way to contact support. We may limit details to protect another person's privacy, a confidential investigation or a legal obligation.

We do not pre-screen every message or guarantee that every violation will be detected or every dispute resolved. We prioritize and handle reports according to their nature; this does not make support an emergency service or excuse applicable obligations to address prohibited content.

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support@taxipik.com with the subject Acceptable Use Review, identify the relevant account/action, and explain the issue. We consider relevant additional information and correct an action where warranted. Contacting support does not replace statutory remedies or the Privacy Policy's privacy-request appeal process.

Do not evade a restriction while it is under review. A restriction does not cancel privacy rights or automatically erase your records. Report-related access, preservation and deletion follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law; we do not promise erasure of necessary evidence while a specific investigation or binding preservation requirement remains unresolved. Disclosures to authorities follow the Privacy Policy's compelled-disclosure limits, including applicable mandatory legal reporting.

We do not impose penalties merely for honest criticism, a good-faith complaint, requesting lawful privacy rights, reporting unlawful activity to authorities, or declining an unnecessary permission. Declining access required for a particular function may prevent that function from working; it is not permission to retaliate.

10. Updates and Contact

We identify this Policy by the version and date above. Material changes receive appropriate notice and any agreement or consent required by applicable law or platform rules. We present applicable conduct terms for agreement where required before users contribute content.
