Manage your availability
Go online when you’re available, configure your service area, and manage incoming requests. Coordinate the trips you accept.
Location while you are online: TaxiPik Driver collects and sends your location to TaxiPik servers while you are online, including when the app is in the background or your screen is off, to keep availability and nearby-driver discovery current and support ride coordination. Going offline stops normal online availability reporting. Required device permissions and operating-system conditions apply.
Make yourself easy to find
Maintain your profile and vehicle information. Share your driver code or QR code so passengers can find and favorite you when you enable those options.
Review your activity
View ride history and recorded earnings information. These are trip records; transportation payments are arranged outside TaxiPik.

Use maps and navigation for pickup and destination directions, or Navigate To for a selected destination.
Adjust voice guidance, turn displays, zoom, tilt and map appearance. Receive ride-request alerts and message passengers to coordinate. Interact with the app only when it’s safe.
Independent by design.
You provide transportation independently and remain responsible for your services and terms. Passengers choose whom to request. TaxiPik does not guarantee requests, rides or earnings.

You choose which available independent driver to request after reviewing their profile, vehicle information and pricing. The driver manages incoming requests; a request is not a guaranteed ride.
Who sets the price, and how do I pay?
Independent drivers set their own prices and accepted payment methods. Review the driver’s information and agree on payment directly. Payment happens outside TaxiPik; the apps do not collect or process transportation payments.
Can I find a driver I already know?
Yes. Add a driver using their shared driver code or QR code, and save them as a favorite when the driver enables those options. Their availability still determines whether you can request them.
What do I need to use the apps?
An account and internet connection. Location supports nearby-driver discovery, mapping and trip coordination. Notifications, arrival alerts and navigation depend on device permissions and settings. The initial release is intended for adults in the United States.

TaxiPik and TaxiPik Driver are available on Google Play. Download TaxiPik for passengers or download TaxiPik Driver for independent drivers.
